Welcome to LuckyVaults. By signing up for, accessing, or using the LuckyVaults platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, starting a free trial, or using any part of the LuckyVaults platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use lottery-related software in your jurisdiction to use LuckyVaults. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.

3. Service Description

LuckyVaults is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to help retail store owners manage lottery scratch-off inventory, digital displays, reports, and related operational data.

LuckyVaults does not sell lottery tickets, does not act as a lottery operator, and is not affiliated with any state or national lottery authority.

4. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • All activity performed under your account is your responsibility.
  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

5. Free Trial, Payments & Auto-Renewal

  • LuckyVaults may offer free trials, discounts, or coupon-based promotions at its discretion.
  • Once a free trial or promotional period ends, your subscription will automatically renew into a paid plan unless canceled.
  • By signing up, you authorize LuckyVaults to automatically charge the payment method on file.

Cancellation Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel the subscription before the renewal date. You may cancel directly from your LuckyVaults account dashboard, or by contacting support@luckyvaults.com. Failure to cancel before renewal will result in charges, and those charges will not be refunded.

6. No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Subscription fees
  • Renewal charges
  • Partial usage periods

LuckyVaults does not offer refunds for unused time, accidental renewals, or failure to cancel.

7. Data Collection & Usage

LuckyVaults stores and processes data related to:

  • Lottery ticket inventory
  • Sales and operational metrics
  • Store-level configurations

This data is used strictly for internal system functionality, analytics, reporting, and service improvement.

8. Public Data & Web Scraping

  • LuckyVaults may collect and display publicly available information from third-party or public websites to enhance system features.
  • We do not claim ownership of such public data.
  • Availability, accuracy, or continuity of third-party data is not guaranteed.

9. Personal Data & Privacy

  • LuckyVaults does not sell or misuse personal data.
  • No personal data is used for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
  • Despite industry-standard security practices, we do not guarantee absolute security.
  • You acknowledge that LuckyVaults is not responsible for data breaches, leaks, or unauthorized access caused by external factors beyond reasonable control.

10. Security Disclaimer

  • While LuckyVaults uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, no system is 100% secure.
  • You use the Service at your own risk.
  • LuckyVaults shall not be liable for losses resulting from hacking, malware, or unauthorized access.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • LuckyVaults is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • We are not responsible for business losses, missed revenue, or regulatory penalties.
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last billing cycle.

12. No Guarantees or Warranties

LuckyVaults is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, including:

  • Accuracy of lottery data
  • Compliance outcomes
  • Financial or operational results

13. Suspension & Termination

LuckyVaults reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or violations
  • Modify or discontinue features without prior notice

14. Modifications to Terms

LuckyVaults may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
